What is Coppice?
Coppice is a new way to organise your thoughts. Rather than simply being a repository for your thoughts and ideas, Coppice will help you to organise and make sense of them. With Coppice you can lay out your thoughts on an infinitely expanding canvas and see the links between them.
Who is Coppice for?
Coppice is for anyone who needs to make sense of lots of related information, especially information you need to easily and quickly reference later. Here are just a few examples of who can benefit from Coppice:
- Students wanting to keep notes as they study a new subject
- Story writers who want to keep track of the plots and worlds they are building
- Project Managers who need to plan out their next big project
We are even using Coppice ourselves to help us plan, organise, and keep track of the many things required to ship a brand new app.

What do I need to run Coppice?
Coppice will run on any Mac running macOS 10.15 or higher.
Will Coppice support Apple Silicon?
Coppice will support Apple Silicon from day one.
How much will Coppice cost?
Coppice's basic functionality will be available for free. We will offer an annual Coppice Pro subscription that will unlock all of Coppice's features, with more Pro features being added all the time. We're still working out the exact details on pricing and we hope to have more details for you closer to release.
How can I keep up to date on Coppice?
The Coppice Blog will feature regular updates on Coppice. We will be posting news on Coppice, tips on how to use Coppice, and sneak peeks of future version of Coppice. You can subscribe for updates using your favourite RSS reader.
